Cutters for bakeable clay pins in the shape of cute animals that would be lightweight, easy to use and durable to be used many times.
Design Process
Design Concept
First Design
According to the clients requirements, a sketch was made
to determine dimensions and a rough design.
3D Model
First Design
Using the drawing as a base, correct the sketch to make
each side symmetrical, then extrude, allowing for a slightly
thicker base for easier handling while in use.
Fabrication
3D Print
Layer adhesion is not an issue as force will be applied
perpendicular to the layer lines. wall thickness and infill
are settings that are not important as the wall thickness
is only 1mm
